Rubies and diamonds riviere ring - - Jewels, watches and gold

Ring made of 18K white gold.
On four rows it bears "carrè" and "tapered" cut diamonds weighing over 4 ct.
At the center is a crystalline turquoise blue sapphire (weight 1.27 ct.), oustanding on a circle of brilliant cut diamonds (total weight 0.45 ct.).
